    I would like to stop auto lock function during the daytime

    You can set auto lock or manual lock mode
    For auto lock mode, the door will be locked by sensor in 2 to 4 secs after the door has closed
    For manual lock mode, the door will not be locked automatically after the door has closed

    (However, even during the manual lock mode, the door will be automatically locked if a user unlock the door using password,
    safety key or card key and then do not open the door.

    The sound is too loud

    Hilever’s door lock had sound control function.
    After you open the battery cover, press the registration button.
    And touch number 4 for mild, or 5 for medium, and then press the registration button again to complete changing the volume.

    I would like to add remote control

    Firstly, please check whether this model can add extra remote control
    Most of Unitouch models are able to add remote control
    You can buy remote control transmitter/receiver in order to add remote control

    You may use the credit card or transport card as a key which is not provided from Hilever

    However, we encourage you to use Hilever’s card key only for safety reason
    Hilever is not responsible for any security problems when user uses any other credit card or mobile phone and etc..

    I have bought the product only, is it possible to request installation service afterwards?

    Of course you can request installation service
    Product price does not include installation fee, therefore, it will cost installment fee
    Please call customer center, then we can locate nearest locksmith
    Installation fee will vary depending on the product type (main key, supplementary key, tempered glass door, etc.)

    Which product should I install at my door?

    It is very important to know your door in order to install digital door lock.

    For handle integrated main key, existing handle should be removed to install the product and it might need to make a hole.
    For Handle detached supplementary key, existing handle is not matter, it is just need to be replaced at the existing supplementary key hole.
    (But you should make a hole if there is no existing supplementary key)

    Where can I buy these products?

    You can buy our product at your closest Unitouch agency or contracted store.
    Please call to customer center, we will guide you your closest store,
    if there is no Unitouch stores near you, you can purchase it on the call and will receive it through parcel service.

    How many card keys can be registered per product?

    It may vary depends on model, but basically up to 25 keys.
    You can register up to 100 keys for special order door lock on your demand

    I have lost safety key and card key

    In case of the loss of the keys, you can easily re-register other remaining keys.
    This will delete and deactivate all the old keys which you have lost. Please do not worry.

    Wish to purchase additional safety key

    You can purchase additional safety key and card key.
    Please call to customer service center in order to purchase it.
    You will receive them through parcel service
    (You should register purchased new keys with existing keys together at once. Please refer to the product manual for registration.)
